Floral scent notes

General floral character; soft and romantic.

Floral is the broadest note we use: a soft bouquet with no single flower in charge. Perfumers build it from rose, jasmine, lily and violet materials, blended so that none of them stands out.

Floral sits in the heart of a blend, between a bright opening and a warm base. Named flowers have their own notes: rose, white florals, lily of the valley and violet. In cold process soap some floral fragrance oils speed up trace, so test a small batch and stir by hand.
