Blends well with: Black Pepper, Rosemary, Grapefruit, Lavender, Pine, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Lemon, Benzoin, Geranium, and Cypress oil.

• Diffuse 4 drops of Indian Peppermint, 3 drops of Grapefruit, and 2 drops of Cedarwood essential oils to stimulate the mind and improve concentration.
• Combine 5 drops of  Indian Peppermint Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle. Apply it to the wrists and neck to help increase energy during a midday slump.
• Dilute Indian Peppermint Essential Oil with a carrier oil at a 2% ratio. Apply it to sore muscles and gently massage in circular motions to soothe inflammation.
