Certified organic means the seeds are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, a standard held and verified across the entire supply chain, so what ends up in the bottle is as clean as its source. Extra virgin means the oil is first cold-pressed from the raw seed with no heat or solvents, the gentlest method there is, which preserves the naturally occurring nutrients that heat and refining would otherwise strip away.

How to use
