Ingredients

1 cup Epsom salt

½ cup baking soda

5 drops Sweet Orange Essential Oil

4 drops Bergamot Essential Oil (Bergaptene-free)

3 drops Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
Directions
In a bowl, mix Epsom salt and baking soda.
Add in essential oils and stir well.
Store in an airtight jar until ready to use.
Add desired amount to warm bath and soak for 20–30 minutes.
Recipe Note
For sensitive skin, reduce the essential oil amount by half. Add dried calendula or rose petals for a luxurious feel. Swap out oils for our organic collection as desired.
