Cedarwood Essential Oil may help to clear the mind and relax the body when used in tandem with Aquamarine. Cedarwood is believed to ease feelings of stress while helping to ground the spirit and combat negative emotions.
Chamomile Essential Oil has been found to soothe our inner fears when used in combination with Aquamarine. It is thought to diminish stress and anxiety and help to encourage feelings of calm and relaxation for a tranquil and refreshed mood. Chamomile has been found to enhance sleep onset and duration to help our brains rest and rejuvenate at night.

How to use essential oils with Aquamarine:
Tranquil Understanding Calming Roll On
- 10 ml Amber Glass Roll-On Bottle
- 1 Small Aquamarine Crystal
- 1/3 oz of Fractionated Coconut Oil
- 6 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil
- 4 drops of Cedarwood Essential Oil
Add a small piece of aquamarine to the bottle. Add the essential oils and fill the rest of the bottle to the top with fractionated coconut oil. Replace the rollerball and cap, gently shake, and roll across your skin.
Positive Frequency Grounding Bath Bomb
- Witch Hazel in a Misting Spray Bottle
- Round Hard Plastic or Metal Molds
- 2 cups of Citric Acid
- 4 cups of Baking Soda
- 2 oz of Sweet Almond Oil
- 10 drops of Cedarwood Essential Oil
- 10 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil
- 10 drops of Lemon Essential Oil
Combine all the citric acid, baking soda, sweet almond oil, and fragrance oil in a bowl and mix using gloved hands. Spritz a small amount of witch hazel onto the top of the powder mixture and stir it in. Repeat this process until the mixture packs together easily with a texture similar to wet sand. Scoop the mixture into each mold one at a time and pack them down tightly. Allow them to dry for at least 24 hours. Store them in an airtight container. While running water, drop one into the bath and allow it to fully dissolve. Place a few Aquamarine stones and a burning candle nearby for a ritual bath.
