Myrrh

Diffuse for grounding rituals, meditation, spiritual practices, and quiet evenings where a deep, resinous atmosphere is desired. Myrrh has one of the longest histories of any aromatic substance, and it remains a foundational oil in ceremonial, spiritual, and intentional blending traditions.

In skin care, it is valued for its richness and often used in facial oils, balms, lotions, and body butters, particularly in formulations for mature or very dry skin. Commonly included in lip balms and lip care products for its thick, conditioning quality.

Frequently used in anointing oils and ritual blends alongside frankincense. A popular addition to natural incense blends and room-cleansing sprays.

Can be blended into warming massage oils and muscle balms when well diluted. Its thick consistency benefits from being blended with lighter carrier oils for easier application.

Due to its thickness and intensity, dilute thoroughly in all topical applications.
