• Diffuse 5 drops each of Myrrh and Frankincense Essential Oils to ground the emotions and encourage spiritual awakening.
• Dilute Myrrh Essential Oil with Sweet Almond Oil to a 5% ratio. Before shampooing hair, massage the mixture into the scalp.
