Cinnamon Cassia Oil is steam distilled from the bark of the Cassia tree, growing in India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
Cassia Oil blends well with Nutmeg, Caraway, Black Pepper, Frankincense, Rosemary, and Ginger oils. It has a sweet spicy aroma which is warm and comforting. It is widely used in scented household products such as candles, bath scents, soaps, potpourri.
Cassia Oil can be added in small amounts to lip balms. Also clears nasal passages by breaking up the mucus. Can be rubbed into the skin, this increases blood circulation as well as increase body temperature, reducing fevers naturally, but must be diluted for use. Being an aphrodisiac it naturally increases libido. Cinnamon cassia oil is a stimulant, increasing the blood flow of the mind and body, uplifting the spirit and fighting depression. It may reduce headaches and muscular tension. Very pleasant in diffuser and potpourri. Helps ease symptoms such as irritability, drowsiness, and cramps caused by menstruation.
