How to use

Diffuse to create a centered, calming atmosphere during meditation, breathwork, journaling, or evening routines where stillness and focus are the goal. Even a small amount in a diffuser blend brings a sense of presence and intentionality to a space.

A foundational oil in natural perfumery, used as both a fixative and a base note that slows the evaporation of other aromatic components, adds resinous depth, and bridges floral, citrus, and woody notes in complex fragrance compositions.

Widely used in natural skin care, particularly in anti-aging and mature skin formulations. Frequently included in facial oils, serums, firming creams, and balms when properly diluted, where its warm, resinous character contributes both aroma and a sense of intentionality to the product.

Often included in anointing oils, ritual blends, and ceremonial formulations where a deep, grounding aromatic presence is part of the purpose. A natural companion to myrrh in traditional and spiritual blending contexts.

Can be added to linen sprays, bath blends, and body oils for a warm, elevated aromatic layer. Used in grief, anxiety, and emotional support blends for its steady, composed character.

Dilute properly for all topical applications.

Caution

Skin sensitivity may occur. Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be diluted before applying directly to the skin. Keep out of reach from children. If pregnant or breastfeeding please ask your doctor before use.
