How to use

Diffuse to create a fresh, open-air feeling indoors, especially during seasonal transitions, cold weather months, or any time the air feels stagnant or heavy.

Eucalyptus is the defining oil in steam inhalation practices, where a few drops in a bowl of hot water create an immediate open, fresh experience for the airways. Frequently added to shower steamers and shower tablets where heat activates its crisp, camphoraceous aroma for a spa-like breathing experience.

One of the most widely used oils in natural chest rubs, vapor blends, and respiratory support products. Commonly used in DIY cleaning sprays, bathroom disinfecting formulas, toilet bowl cleaners, and tile scrubs for its powerful, clarifying aroma.

Popular in laundry rinse blends and linen sprays, particularly for bedding and towels. Often included in post-workout body sprays, cooling muscle rubs, and athletic-focused body blends.

Used in outdoor insect deterrent formulas and warm-weather home care products. Frequently added to natural hand sanitizers and surface wipes.

Dilute before topical use and avoid around young children.

What the research says

Eucalyptus is one of the most clinically studied oils for respiratory support. Its primary aromatic compound, 1,8-cineole, has been examined across decades of research for its role in cough relief, airway clearance, and antimicrobial activity. Systematic reviews and meta-analyses have explored eucalyptus-based products in respiratory health, and ongoing research continues to investigate its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

Caution

Skin sensitivity may occur. Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be diluted before applying directly to the skin. Keep out of reach from children. If pregnant or breastfeeding please ask your doctor before use.
