Black Pepper Essential Oil

The aroma of Black Pepper Essential Oil can be described as warm and spicy with a dry, woodsy undertone. In aromatherapy, Black Pepper Essential Oil helps to calm the nerves and combat the onset of anxiety while stimulating and energizing the mind.
When diluted and applied topically or utilized in massage practice, the warming sensation of Black Pepper Essential Oil helps it to ease pain and soothe sore, stiff muscles.

- Diffuse Black Pepper Essential Oil in the morning to help wake up the mind and get the body going for the day.
- Combine 5 drops of Black Pepper Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle. Apply it to your wrists to keep anxiety at bay and balance emotions.
- Combine 1 oz of carrier oil with 10 drops of Black Pepper Essential Oil and massage it into sore and stiff muscles.
