A long luxurious soak in a blend of calming and restorative essential oils can be just the thing to help the stress melt away.

Ingredients

Combine all the citric acid, baking soda, sweet almond oil, and essential oils in a bowl and mix well using gloved hands. Spritz a small amount of witch hazel onto the top of the powder mixture and stir it in. Repeat this process until the mixture packs together easily with a similar texture to wet sand. Falling Leaves Car Diffuser

Traveling to visit friends and family is a must for many during the holidays and definitely an added stressor. Dealing with traffic, unexpected road construction, and just being stuck in the car for long hours can make us tense and put a damper on what is supposed to be a joy filled time of year. These fun felt car diffusers are a great way to access the beneficial antistress properties of essential oils while on the road and add a touch of fall holiday decor to your car.

Materials

Cut the felt sheets into 2 leaf shapes, 4-6 inches in size. Punch a hole toward the top of each leaf. Put 6 drops of bergamot and 4 drops of clary sage essential oil on each felt leaf and wait a few seconds for the oils to absorb. Put the yarn through the holes at the top and hang from your car's rear view mirror.
