Use with intention, restraint, and awareness of its potency. Oregano is among the most powerful essential oils available due to its high carvacrol content, and it commands respect in every application.

In diffusion, use only one to two drops at most, ideally blended with softening oils like lavender or frankincense to balance its intensity. Commonly included in targeted seasonal wellness blends, particularly those used during times of environmental challenge.

Frequently used in DIY household cleaners, tile scrubs, bathroom disinfecting sprays, and surface wipes where a bold, powerful herbaceous note signals cleanliness. Often added in trace amounts to functional formulations including seasonal chest blends and immunity-inspired aromatherapy inhalers.

Popular in natural foot care formulas and foot soaks when heavily diluted. Can be used in outdoor insect-deterrent sprays alongside other strong functional oils.

Due to its significant skin sensitization potential, always use at very low dilution rates for topical applications, conduct a patch test, and avoid use near the face.
