Description

Juniper Berry Essential Oil has a fruity, peppery, and pine-like aroma that many may recognize as one of the main components in gin. Juniper Berry is believed to have grounding properties that can help to calm the mind and ease feelings of stress while keeping the emotions in balance. It is also known to improve sleep quality and boost the immune system. When diluted and used topically, Juniper Berry Essential Oil may work to reduce inflammation in the body which can help improve skin tone and combat acne and blemishes.

Uses
  • Diffuse 3 drops of Juniper Berry, 3 drops of Frankincense, and 2 drops of Patchouli essential oils to help ground the emotions and clear the mind.
  • Combine 10 drops of Juniper Berry Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle.  Apply it to your wrists and temples to help encourage sleep onset.
  • Dilute Juniper Berry Essential Oil with a carrier oil to a 3% ratio.  After cleansing, gently massage into the face to improve skin tone and reduce inflammation.
