Ginger Essential Oil has a warm, spicy, and sweet aroma and flavor that we may enjoy in teas, seasonal baked goods, and different Asian cuisines. It offers that same unique fragrance as well as digestive support to complement its culinary uses. Ginger Essential Oil is known to enhance concentration and cognition while helping to combat stress and mental fatigue. Used topically, Ginger is believed to reduce inflammation throughout the body.

Uses
  • Diffuse 3 drops of Ginger , 3 drops of Lavender, and 2 drops of Sweet Orange Essential Oils to reduce the onset of headaches and fatigue.
  • Dilute Ginger Essential Oil with a carrier oil at a 3% ratio. Gently massage the mixture into the abdomen to boost digestion and soothe the stomach.
  • Add 3 drops of Ginger Essential Oil, 6 drops of Lavender Essential Oil and ⅓ oz of Sweet Almond Oil to a roll-on bottle. Roll a small amount on the face and smooth into skin to ease inflammation and combat signs of aging.
