• Diffuse 5 drops each of Atlas Cedarwood and Vetiver essential oils during mediation to keep the mind clear and emotions grounded.
• Combine 5 drops of Atlas Cedarwood Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle. Apply it to your wrists to help calm your mind and ground your emotions.
• Mix 5ml of Atlas Cedarwood Essential Oil with 2 oz of Witch Hazel Extract and 2 oz of Jojoba Oil. Gently massage the mixture into your scalp and rub through your hair. Shampoo hair for normal.
