Description

Wormwood Essential Oil is extracted from the twigs and leaves of a tree related to mugwort and has a warm, sharp, and earthy aroma. Wormwood is believed to calm the mind and reduce feelings of stress. It may also help to combat fatigue and improve alertness and focus. Wormwood Essential Oil is known to help ease fevers and soothe nausea and stomach upset.

Uses

• Diffuse 3 drops of Wormwood, 3 drops of Frankincense, and 2 drops of Peppermint essential oils to help fight off fatigue and focus the mind.
• Combine 5 drops of Wormwood Essential Oil and 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle.  Roll on wrists during times of stress to encourage calm and relaxed thoughts.
• Dilute Wormwood Essential Oil with a carrier oil to a 3% ratio.  Gently massage into the abdomen to help ease an upset stomach and reduce nausea.
