Blends well with: Cypress, Rosemary, Vetiver, Black Pepper, Lime, Lemon, Ylang Ylang, Oregano, Tea Tree, Juniper Berry, Bergamot, Lavender, Clary Sage, Peppermint, Rose, Neroli, Chamomile, and Geranium.

• Diffuse 4 drops of Helichrysum, 3 drops of Bergamot Essential Oils, and 2 drops of Patchouli Essential Oils to balance the emotions and combat negativity.
• Combine 5 drops each of Helichrysum and Lavender Essential Oils with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle. Apply it to blemishes and dark spots to soothe and heal the skin.
• Dilute Helichrysum Essential Oil with a carrier oil to a 5% ratio. Gently massage into sore muscles and bruised areas to help ease pain and support healing.
