  • Diffuse 3 drops each of Neroli, Lavender, and Patchouli Essential Oils to help ground the emotions and relieve stress.
  • Combine 5 drops each of Neroli and Sandalwood Essential Oils with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle.  Apply it to your wrists and temples before meditation practice to help focus energy and intentions.
  • Dilute 10 drops of Neroli Essential Oil in 1 oz of Witch Hazel Extract and 1 oz of distilled water in a 2 oz dropper bottle. Apply the mixture to a cotton ball and dab all over the face after cleansing to combat blemishes and reduce signs of aging.
