• Diffuse 3 drops of Australian Sandalwood, 3 drops of Vetiver, and 2 drops of Patchouli Essential Oils during meditation to ground and focus your energy.
• Combine 5 drops each of Australian Sandalwood and Frankincense Essential Oils with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle. Apply it to your wrists and temples to reduce anxiety and improve mental clarity.
• Dilute 10 drops of Australia Sandalwood Essential Oil in 1 oz of Witch Hazel Extract and 1 oz of distilled water in a 2 oz dropper bottle. Apply the mixture to a cotton ball and dab all over the face after cleansing to balance oil production and combat blemishes.
