Peppermint Oil is extracted from the flowering plant through steam distillation.

Uses
- Diffuse 3 drops each of Organic Peppermint Essential Oil, Organic Lemon and Organic Lavender Essential Oils calms the mind.
- Combine 6 drops of Organic Peppermint Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle. Roll on the wrists to help boost energy and improve focus.
- Dilute Organic Peppermint Essential Oil with a carrier oil to a 3% ratio. Gently massage.
