Large Alembic Distiller Traditionally used for distilling wine. This Alembic is capable of producing essential oil and hydrosols. Water and plant material is placed in the pot on the right. The water in the pot is brought to a boil. The steam carries the essential oil and water to the condensor, where it is cooled back to a liquid state.
