Mixed Tocopherols is a mixture of tocopherols from Vitamin E: Vitamin E, d-Alpha tocopherol, d-Beta tocopherol, d-Delta tocopherol and d-Gamma tocopherol.
Mixed tocopherols are used to inhibit rancidity (oxidation) in vegetable oils. Mixed tocopherols are powerful anti-oxidants. They are also used as dietary supplements.
In order to preserve your blend of vegetable oils, it is recommended that you use approximately one tablespoon of Mixed Tocopherols per gallon of vegetable oil.
