Lemon Essential Oil, sometimes referred to as liquid sunshine, has a bright, fresh citrus aroma that is known to be energizing and stimulating.  It may help to clear the mind and enhance concentration which can improve cognition and facilitate easier decision-making.  Lemon is also known to help ease negative emotions and soothe feelings of frustration and irritability for a more positive and uplifted outlook.

Method: Cold Pressed

Plant Part: Peel

• Diffuse 4 drops of Lemon, 3 drops of Sweet Orange, and 3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oils to boost energy and improve focus.
• Combine 5 drops of Lemon Essential Oil and 5 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle.  Apply to wrists to uplift mood and combat negativity.
• Add 10 drops of Lemon Essential Oil with 2oz each of distilled water and witch hazel extract in a spray bottle.  Spray onto the face after cleansing to balance oil and tone the skin.
