Ingredients

Coriander Seed, Nutmeg, Patchouli, and Pine Needle essential oils.

Uses

• Add 5-10 drops of Nutcracker Blend to your home diffuser for a cozy sanctuary. 
• Combine 10ml of Fractionated Coconut oil with 4 drops of Nutcracker Blend into a roller bottle. Apply it to wrists and temples to relieve stress.
• Combine 1 oz of Epsom salt with 12 drops of Nutcracker Blend and add the mixture to a warm bath. Soak for 20minutes to restore and balance the mind.
