Description

Lime Essential Oil is cold-pressed from the peel of the fruit and it has a sweet and tart citrus aroma. It is believed to alleviate feelings of stress and is uplifting to the mood.  Lime is also known to enhance mental clarity and focus and increase both mental and physical energy. The fresh scent of Lime is believed to help repel insects and combat unwanted odors in the home.

Uses

  • Diffuse 5 drops each of Lime and Grapefruit Essential Oils to awaken the mind and get a boost of energy.
  • Combine 5 drops of Lime Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle. Apply it to your wrists to uplift the mood and improve focus.
  • Mix 20 drops of Lime Essential Oil with 1 oz of Witch Hazel Extract and 1 oz of Jojoba Oil. Apply a small amount to the skin before bed for a nighttime treat.
