Method: Steam Distillation
Plant Part: Leaves and twigs
- Diffuse 3 drops each of Cinnamon Cassia, Lemon, and Sweet Orange essential oils to uplift your mood and energy in the morning.
- Add a few drops of Cinnamon Cassia Essential Oil and Peppermint Essential Oil to a container full of hot water. Inhale the steam to help fight congestion and coughs.
- Combine 10 drops of Cinnamon Cassia Essential Oil with 1 oz of Fractionated Coconut Oil. Gently massage the mixture into the shoulders during illness which may help to combat fevers and ease inflammation.
