Uses
- Diffuse 4 drops of Anise, 3 drops of Eucalyptus, and 2 drops of Lavender essential oils are very soothing.
- Combine 5 drops of Anise Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle. Apply it to your wrists and neck to calm the mind and restore emotional energy after a tough day.
