Bath Soak

Designed to refresh your mood and pamper your skin, this Bright & Balanced Bath Soak Recipe pairs mineral-rich Epsom salt with a trio of energizing, emotionally balancing oils. Sweet Orange brings brightness and cheer, Bergamot adds a touch of serene citrus, and Ylang Ylang rounds it out with a soft floral tone. Perfect for after-work decompression or weekend self-care, this recipe will leave your body and senses equally uplifted. Bonus? It smells like sunshine in bloom.
1 cup Epsom salt
½ cup baking soda
5 drops Sweet Orange Essential Oil
4 drops Bergamot Essential Oil (Bergaptene-free)
3 drops Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
In a bowl, mix Epsom salt and baking soda.
Add in essential oils and stir well.
Store in an airtight jar until ready to use.
Add desired amount to warm bath and soak for 20–30 minutes.
For sensitive skin, reduce the essential oil amount by half. Add dried calendula or rose petals for a luxurious feel. Swap out oils for our organic collection as desired.
