Dill Weed Oil is extracted using steam distillation. Dhc, limonene, myristicin, eugenol, d-carvone, terpinene, and dillapiol are the main chemical components in dill weed oil. The aroma is fresh and sweet smelling with an herbaceous note.
Blends well with Citrus, Clary Sage, Nutmeg, Bergamot, and Geranium oils. Relaxes the mind and body, releasing nervous tension, anxiety, stress, headaches, hiccups, and migraines. Reduces excessive sweating or nervous perspiration. Recommended for those suffering from insomnia or other sleeping problems. Can be used in a vaporizer for vapor therapy. Aids in the healing of wounds, cuts, and bruises. Helps digestive problems in adults such as nausea, indigestion, flatulence, cramps, and constipation. As a natural insect repellent, it can also be used in bug sprays. For nursing mothers it stimulates milk flow. If suffering from diabetes dill weed oil helps regulate glucose levels as well as regulate insulin levels.
