The olives are grown, harvested and pressed by Arab Israelis, Muslim and Druze and by Jewish Israelis.

The oil is imported with the cooperation of Shemen Eden (Oil of Eden), Eden Organics. Eden Organics is a certified organic farm, specializing in citrus fruit and olives. This oil however is not organic. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil has an acid content of less than one percent.

It is an excellent oil for making quality soaps, lotions, massage oils and for macerating herbs.
